Our products are designed in Australia and made in China. This will affect taxes and duties on your order.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to additional charges known as Duties & Taxes. These charges are beyond the control of The Lifestyle Co and are related to the protectionist and economic trade policies between countries. The customs agency of the destination country determines these charges. 

USA

Taxes, duties and fees are calculated at checkout for a streamlined experience. No surprises on delivery.

Orders to the US will incur a local tariff imposed by the US government on the receiver upon delivery to the shipping company. If orders are returned or rejected, they can be sent back and confirmed received for a refund. The cost of shipping and the cost of return will be deducted from your order.

If a parcel is sent for delivery and is returned because it was rejected or unclaimed, a delivery and return fee will be incurred. 

• Free Shipping: AUD$30 (USD$20) will be deducted from the order to cover the cost of the initial delivery and the return of the order.
• Express Shipping: AUD$90 (USD$60) will be deducted from the order to cover the cost of the initial delivery and the return of the order.

UK

Duties and Taxes will need to be paid upon the arrival of your order.

Europe

For orders exceeding 150 Euros, Duties and Taxes must be paid upon arrival. 

However, all international orders may be subject to customs VAT, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency, regardless of the order value. These charges are beyond our control. These are collected directly by the parcel carrier at the time of delivery. For more information, please contact your region's customs office.

Singapore
Imported goods valued at more than S$400 are subject to an 8% GST fee, which is payable to the Singapore tax department.

Duties & Taxes may apply if the total value of imported goods exceeds the tax-free threshold (if applicable). The payment of these taxes and duties is the responsibility of the receiver.
