If your cancellation request is made after the product has already been processed, 2EROS reserves the right to retain the payment until the items are returned unworn and in their original condition.
We recommend rejecting the parcel or not picking it up, so it can be returned to us at no cost to you.
Refunds will only be issued once the products are returned, minus delivery charges. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify 2EROS of any cancellations before processing.
