If the order has been processed, 2EROS (operating under The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD) cannot issue a refund until the item is returned. The buyer is responsible for returning the product and must wait for 2EROS (operating under The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD) to receive it before receiving a refund.
