Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the original order amount, excluding shipping fees, and you will need to resubmit your order.
Keep an eye on your parcel's tracking information. If no one is available to receive the parcel upon delivery, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. If your package is returned to us, we can resend it, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If delivery fails, the courier may take your package to a post office for you to pick it up.
Once the order is physically returned to our office, The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD will assess the reason for the return. After determining the reason, we can provide a full or partial refund using the original payment method used for the order.
